Verizon CEO Ivan Seidenberg dismissed suggestions that the iPhone’s going mass-market by claiming it a conspiracy. Bitter, much?
It’s hard not to call it sour grapes when Seidenberg told the Financial Times “There goes the conspiracy again…you’re declaring them a winner before they’ve earned it on the field.”

Mac users often suffer at the hands of Microsoft’s lackadaisical approach to Mac-centric software production and the ones affected most are often the Microsoft Office for Mac 2008 users. With its staffing increase for the Microsoft Mac Business Division and the release of an upgrade for the Office for Mac software, Microsoft seems to be finally turning that around, at least on the surface.

In a move that opened the floodgates of the internet to domain squatters and could possibly create domain squatting hell (or, rather, more domain squatting hell) for consumers, ICANN opened up TLD registrations. What this means for the internet is that for the cost of a few thousand dollars, nefarious squatters (and legitimate business also, of course) can claim a new domain as their own. Any new domain.

So far, the secret behind the Chevy Volt’s first 40 electric-only miles has originated from a line of lithium-ion batteries that fit snugly under the floor down the center of the vehicle. But, a new kind of battery and ultracapacitor combination technology designed by Eestor Inc. may be poised to make lithium-ion batteries, and the Chevy Volt, obsolete.
