I thought the issue of laptop and other portable device search and seizure was bad enough at customs between the United States and Europe. Then I read that it was spreading to Canada as well. This type of restrictive copyright based search and seizure practice is like the RIAA and MPAA’s wet dream, and more than just an expensive headache for many travelers.

So you want to cancel your AT&T service Want to switch carriers for a better deal but can’t because of the Early Termination Fees?  Well AT&T has put a plan in place that will allow someone to terminate their plan early.  It isn’t much of a break but they hope it will keep Congress or the Courts from imposing a different plan.

Windows 7 to have same hardware requirements as Vista Microsoft is saying that Windows 7 is a major release that will build on the technologies already present in Vista.  As far as hardware requirements, Windows 7 will have similar or even slightly lower requirements than Vista.
