If Microsoft thought it had problems with Vista, entirely new problems have cropped up in Windows Home Server. At least Vista doesn’t go around corrupting and deleting files, as Windows Home Server has been shown to do.

Everyone shrugs off China’s censorship of the internet with a sort of, “Well, it IS China,” attitude. However, what might come as a shock to everyone around the globe is that Australia is jumping on the censorship bandwagon behind the communist country.

Last time I reviewed the SZ640 based on its hardware alone, if you didn’t read that, do so now and then come back here. Of course, that review pretty much covered the entire SZ line of computers because the build is standard among all models. Now it’s time to evaluate the SZ640 strictly from a performance standpoint.

Uniden, known for being makers of high end radar detectors for many years, has entered the GPS navigation system game. Upping the ante on all of the other GPS and radar detectors out there, they are releasing the very first GPS and Radar detector combo in 2008. They haven’t released the details of its features yet, but the combination looks promising.

Due to the recent Apple and Fox deal, the iPod will pose a threat to Netflix’s latest casualty, Blockbuster, and will keep Netflix alive due to Apple’s limited selection and inability to keep price’s low. However, it won’t kill Blockbuster since, well, Netflix already did that.

The RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) has been fighting a losing battle for years, bringing thousands of lawsuits against ordinary people over illegal file sharing. Now it’s trying to take that fight one stage further, by criminalising anyone and everyone who has ever backed up, or transferred a legally bought CD to their computer.
