A server belonging to a major online advertising company has been hacked and used to infect computers visiting otherwise 'trusted' websites through the embedded ads. 24/7 Real Media Inc, the advertisers in question, have so far refused to comment on the issue.

Manhunt 2 game publisher Rockstar/Take-Two has confirmed that a form employee of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) was sacked for leaking the PS2’s unedited Manhunt 2 onto the internet last month.

For most people it is easy and convenient to blame Microsoft for all the software issues they might be experiencing which is not only wrong, it’s just not true. Microsoft cannot be held responsible for all the third party providers dragging their feet or refusing to support old products on a new operating system.

According to a survey released today, Apple is gaining major ground in the war for dominance of the lucrative battleground known as college campuses.
Whether it is the iPod-halo effect, or from Apple’s tempting free iPod campaigns, the Cupertino, CA based company is seeing their share of the university market grow.

According to AppleInsider, Apple is merely awaiting the nod from Intel to make it official, but now word of when that will bel.
